Each query submitted to the VeritasTrace API counts as one call, regardless of how many sources are queried in parallel. Multi-state queries (5+ states) use a 1.5× jurisdiction complexity multiplier.
What happens if I exceed my included calls?
Additional calls are billed at your tier's overage rate — $0.75 (Starter), $0.60 (Professional), or $0.45 (Enterprise) per call. Usage is tracked in real time via your dashboard.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. All plans offer annual prepay with 2 months free — a 17% savings compared to monthly billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Plans can be changed at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused calls do not roll over.
